Two brothers, one workshop.
Ikigo is made at Pikoa in Parkstein in the Upper Palatinate. Out of more than ten years of laser work, five years of 3D printing and a love of games that last.
The board
Precisely lasered.
CO2 and YAG lasers engrave every grid and every dedication into wood and slate, accurate to a tenth of a millimetre. No ink, no film. What the laser draws, stays.
The stones
Made by 3D printing.
Every stone is made by FDM printing and checked by hand. Small series instead of mass production. Made only once you order.
From a workshop that loves games.
Pikoa was founded by Jonas and Lukas Werner. First came engravings and one off pieces, then games of their own, chess, backgammon and finally Go. More than a hundred Etsy reviews later, it became Ikigo, the quietest form of the workshop.

Made with care.
We produce almost climate neutrally, in small series and without detours. Around 100 units a month, no more. That limit protects the quality and the material.
